newellyn
Sorry this has taken me so long to post. It seems when I think of it, the recipes are downstairs and I am in the studio. Then when downstairs I don't think of it:o Cherry Delight 1 cup Butter (melted) 2 cups Flour 1 cup Crushed nuts (I use walnuts) 1/2 cup Brown Sugar Mix together and pat in 13 X 9 baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool completely and then poke all over with a fork. Whip 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened) until smooth. Beat in 1 cup Powdered Sugar + 1 tsp. Granulated Sugar. Fold in 12 oz. Cool Whip (thawed). Spread over crust. Top with 2 cans Cherry Pie Filling (I've also used Raspberry Pie Filling) Chill 10 - 12 hours. and the other one......... Kelt Family Beans 1 medium Onion (diced) 4 slices Bacon (diced) Brown bacon and onion together. In a large casserole dish, combine Bacon and Onion mixture with: 1 can Pork and Beans (undrained) 1 can Butter Beans (drained) 1 can Kidney Beans (drained) 1/3 cup Catsup 1/4 lb. American Cheese (diced) 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Hope you enjoy.
