    Hello Sylvia, I don't know where you are located. I am from Germany and during my online research I have found some companies in Germany that are able to repair defective circuit boards.

    I am quite sure that there are such companies also in the US and they can help you there. Sometimes it is only a small amount that you have to pay and you can avoid buying a new machine.

    I would be very happy if I could help you and I am honestly relieved that in the worst case there is also help for my Millennium (2006).

    Hello from Germany, I am the original owner of an 2006 Millennium and I am really shocked!

    Maybe that's why I don't get any response at all to my emails to APQS customer service & support? I have been blinded by the Lifetime warrenty, or rather you are led to believe that everything can be replaced. I am honestly devastated and I cannot afford a new machine!
