[Silver Freedom — big bang and machine dead]

Help!! I have an older Freedom.   I was quilting along happily and simultaneously there was a loud bang, needle broke, and power went off.  I can’t even turn flywheel.  
 

I have a call in to APQS awaiting call back.  I could just scream.

HELP!!  I took my freedom apart to move. I thought I had labeled and packed everything well, but am missing one of the two bumpers that stop the sewing head from flying off the carriage.  I looked on the APQS site  and didn’t find that part listed.  Any idea about where i can find the part or a substitute?
