It was wonderful , the quilts were awsome , beautiful we spent three days awing over the quilts ... also this year a lot of the quilts were painted then enhanced with thread that seems to be very popular . A selection of quilts that were computer quilted so nice they put them in there own category. Yes the hand applque / hand quilting were mouth dropping There were alot of art quilts more then in 2007 at least it seemed that way . I did see Brigts [sp] from Germany garment it was stunning in person . they did cancel the evening fashion show , because of cost . I really did miss that .
