APQS has the best tech support ever!

When asked why I chose APQS over any other brand, I have to say it is because of the SERVICE! I have an APQS Millennium. I purchased her used. I went to the Minnesota Quilt show in St. Cloud this weekend. After visiting with Mark on a few issues on my machine, I asked if he could possibly send someone out to my house to take a look at it. It was only about 10 miles. He thought they could. Amy and Terri arrived early in the afternoon. They looked over my machine and found no major issues. Nothing is wrong with the machine, it was just the table not being 100% true. They adjusted that. They then replaced my wheels. I had the old brown ones and decided that the white ones were not quite the right fit. (I had put on the white ones when I got my machine home.) It glides so much smoother! It made a world of difference. THANK YOU so much for all of your help! This is why you are such a big success! Your service is above and beyond the moon!
