tension / CQ`

Hi (name removed) & Barb Wetzel,

I haven't played to much w/CQ since Chris left. I have customers wanting their quilts "Now". So I am trying to quilt off line, but my machine is having some tension difficulities. I have called Connie this am and found out she is no longer with the company. So I sit waiting for Mark to call me back. He is probably swamped. Chris said he heard something amiss with my machine when he was here. I am going to send it back to them to see if they can fix my problem.

As for you Barb. WOW! I haven't had the time to just play w/cq. Wish I could do what you are doing, but need to address the quality of quilting first. I am soooo happy for you. You will be a wiz before I get to try my quilts on the machine. Good Luck!
