When I bought my machine for some reason the fabric advancer kept blowing it's fuse. It was immediately replaced but to get it I had to pay duty, taxes, etc. again coming across the Canadian border. APQS said they would reimburse me for these costs as well. I am so pleased with the service and my dealer. I had thought of buying a Gammill, but the dealer took days to get back to me and answer my questions. I made a good choice buying the Liberty.
