Classes geared toward Handiquilter machines, but apply to all quilting systems. Friday September 14, 1:00 - 3:30 pm. "Six Ways To Quilt" Learn the basics of the Handi Quilter quilting machines, including loading, Groovy Boards, pantographs, micro handles, stencils and marking. Lots of great tips, techniques, and tricks. Friday September 14, 5:00 - 7:30 pm. "TNT (Tension, Needles and Thread) and Micro Handles" Learn to be successful with adjusting your tension, and choosing the right needle for the chosen thread. Create micro fills and work with decorative threads. Saturday September 15, 9:00 - 11:30 am. "Rulers" Learn to safely use rulers and templates to easily create decorative designs, swags, circles, crosshatching and more. Bring your quilting to the next level! Saturday September 15, 1:00 - 3:00 pm. "3 B's (Borders, Backgrounds, and Blocks)" Learn how to apply rulers, stencils, marking, and free motion quilting to your quilts. Lots of ideas to quilt the quilt! Bring in a quilt top or two for ideas.
