Quilt ez Butler system.. Anyone with information and set up and tracking system would be helpful. Purchase the system and I'm new to this system

Hi. I'm new to the system and set up. Unable to find out any information directly from the company it is all through another source and seems to take quite a while to get information and parts. Any help would be wonderful. Thank you
