According to Grace I need to reset my machine.. according to APQS, it is UNDER the black box on the underside of my machine.  I was told to follow the directions in the manual to remove the black box. It appears the box comes assembled on some machines.  The only screws visible on the black box , when removed, do not make a reset button visible. Could someone help me with more details.  I have been trying to get things up and running since my tablet updated 2+ weeks ago.
