I think the roller the quilt top is loaded on and/or the "empty" black roller (how do you like my technical terms?) may be a bit too low. I don't seem to have a problem without the extended base, but with the base, I think the quilt sandwich is too low to the machine. Does this make sense? Thanks for you input!
