  1. I have been using the PPS since yesterday on a queen size quilt and I have to say that I couldn't be more pleased with the stitch out. I haven't had a lot of experience with Pantographs but what I did have I was not happy with. Standing up and trying to stitch the pattern out just didn't work for me, for the 1st time I am actually having fun, and liking the results, using this system.
  2. I just received mine today and hope to be up and running tomorrow. I found out that I will have to raise my leveler bar a little. I can't wait to try it out. I gave up on pantographs because I just couldn't do them. Gail
  3. I just had this problem, SR would not work side to side. Fortunately I have a Bliss table that is still under warranty so APQS sent me the back axle with the encoder attached and that fixed it. I know that you can get the parts to fix the encoder cause that was what I would have done. It can be fixed call APQS
  4. Thank you, I took off the needle plate and did find a small burr right on top of the hook assembly. Gently buffed that out, hopefully that will fix the problem.
  5. Hi I have been having bobbin thread breaking a lot, sometimes 5 times or more with one quilt. I clean the bobbin area as the manual says. When the thread breaks it gets caught between the silver finger and the black basket in back. When it happens I clean with WD40 and then oil. I may get one full pass and it breaks again. It's not tension, the only thing I can think of is a burr. Can someone help please? How do you check for burrs in the hook assembly?

    Help Please

After I had to change the circuit board both channel locks come on when I turn on the machine. I have wondered why as well.
  7. Thank you so much, I am so looking forward to this class. I love wholecloth and can't wait to learn. I am thinking to go with the 70 x 70. Do you think that is to large for a 1st time.
  8. Can someone give me some advise on what size rulers to take to Karen McTavish whole cloth class at MQX. Especially the t square. I am gathering the stuff I will need for the class and was wondering what size t square to get. Where is the best place to find one? Thanks for your help. Gail
  9. Thank you, thank you. Someone else had mentioned adjusting the stylus but I couldn't see how to do that. I will try that and let you all know. Everything else is exactly how the instructions say,

  11. Oh my gosh, that's what I get for not paying attention. Thank you for getting back to me.

  13. Thank you. When we installed the wheels I used the directions that i downloaded from Katydids. I thought I used the number of washers in the instructions so I was surprised that the stylus wouldn't go into the grooves. How many washers do any of you have on your wheels.
