ramona-quilter
Last year at MQS, I bought the warmest copper color cotton thread on these small cones. The booth was on the end opposite the entrance and it was on the second aisle. I wish that I had kept the guys card. Does anybody have a resource for Gunold cotton thread? Belbelle
Hi Linda, I just happen to have my MQS program, and when I look at the vendor map, I see Greystone and Marathon Thread at the end of the 2nd aisle, across from the APQS booth. Do either of those sound right? If so, then Greystone is in Cibolo, TX, tel. no. 210 659-4617. Marathon Thread is in Garfield, NJ, at 973 772-9500. If that doesn't help, give me a call and I could fax you the map and we can figure it out. Julie 970 484-9413
ramona-quilter
OMG - big virtual hugs for you, Julie. I have been looking for this info since May 2008. I'm so glad that you kept your paperwork. Since cotton is big in Texas, I'm going to give those San Antonio fellows a jingle. Thanks again. quiltingnanny
Linda. you got that thread at Marathon I do believe. I remember you saying it was a beautiful copper color you hadn't seen before. We were right across from Fabric Art shop. Glenda
