LindaFritchen Posted February 27, 2009 Report Share Posted February 27, 2009 These 42 Jacob's Ladder blocks were pieced many years ago by my 5th grade teacher's mother. She came across them and had a friend help her arrange them. She then asked me to assemble the top, quilt it, and bind it for her. You can see that some of the blocks are 'puffy'. There was 3/4 in. difference in the size of some of them. I'm not certain all fabrics are 100% cotton as steam has not made enough difference. Keeping all this in mind...how would you experts quilt it? Thanks in advance for any help. Keep fingers crossed as I try to attach a photo...
