kerri
I noticed that the SR display dial has changed. Is there any difference between the two and does it affect the ability or performance of the SR. Thank you:)
John Mitchell
Hi: I'll answer this for the factory. The vendor that provided the meters (analog with the pointer) discontinued manufacturing that meter. The current meter (Liquid Crystal with pointer) is the replacement meter. The function is the same. Our Millie has the early meter and we love it. It is great for "senior" eyes. Our Liberty has the new meter. Mary and Janet have become used to it. It is not something you have to look at all the time. Hope this answers your question. John

griff
I have a related message. The needle in the stitch regulator dial on the front of the machine is not visible. I am not sure if the controls are even working from the front for the stitch regulator. The back controls are fine. Possibly related, the front controls were not all working. I had to jiggle the plugs on the front machine head to get them working. I'm new at this so this may be a really simple question. Any ideas what might be causing this?
