mjanak
I wish to make a t shirt quilt for my daughter. Any suggestions?
Front Porch Quilting
Make sure to stabilize T shirts before you cut them. If you are doing all blocks the same size make sure to measure all designs first before you cut so you don't cut off designs on larger blocks. I guess this is what you are asking? Or maybe you need layout designs? More info needed:)
Sandra Darlington
You may also want to do a search for old posts. We have talked about tee- shirt quilts many times and you can pick up great tips, and see pictures, too. Good luck.
KDquilter
Make sure you use a pressing cloth when you are pressing the t-shirts. If you don't the graphics on the t-shirt can melt onto your iron (ughhh). Not fun, but a pressing cloth will keep your iron clean and won't damage the t-shirt graphics.
