sherryjack
My vertical channel lock is barely working. The last quilt I loaded was crooked and I had to frog the corners of the border, remove the top and reload it straight. Just started this on the last quilt. It has been fine until then. Started to load another quilt today and my line on top is crooked again so I checked my channel locks and the vertical is not holding firmly enough. The light comes on and I hear the click and the wheel does not turn. Wanders off the line easily. This is probably an easy fix, I'm just not sure what that is. I have recently installed Edgeriders and am thinking I probably do not have things adjusted well, but before I get the tools out I was hoping someone could tell me what I am looking for. quiltmonkey
Did you check your plexiglass top to make sure it's in laying in the correct position? The edge of this plexiglass has the magnetic strip in it. Make sure that stip lines up with where the channel lock magnets are on your carriage. lyonden
Since you just replaced your wheels, it may be that they need adjusting. Tighten up the adjusting screw, (not sure what to call it), the one that is offset looking. That should fix it.
