Guest Linda S
Take a look at this article on the Superior Threads site. It can help you with thread tension. Sounds like you've either got something too tight, or you have a burr in your needle or somewhere along the thread path. http://www.superiorthreads.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=43&Itemid=100 Linda
simplydivine
I teach on the Pfaff Grand Quilter Inspira Frame. Check List: 1. is it threaded correctly? Are you going thru 2 or 3 guide 3 holes? 2. is the bobbin tension set correctly? (it may be too tight) 3. Is the top tension too tight or too loose? 4. do you have the right needle in for the thread you are using? 5. Are you quilting TOO FAST? Go to the site LInda posted above. It has excellent info! Good luck!
JoAnnHoffman
Make sure you are not using regular thread. My friend had the same problem. I told her to use thread for longarm machines and it worked.
