juliagraves Posted March 11, 2010 Report Share Posted March 11, 2010 I was having trouble with my thread cutter so I swapped the blades, but failed to see which way they should be when I pulled off the old ones. This is how I put them on - is this correct? Top blade - angled edge down (flat part on top) Bottom blade - angled edge up (flat part against machine) This way the cutter finger that brings the threads to the blade fits in between the angled edges. veg-girl Posted March 11, 2010 Report Share Posted March 11, 2010 I think its the other way round. On mine the two flat surfaces are in the middle and the angles are on the outside.
