Got to see Bliss

Went to Everett, Wa today and saw the APQS roadshow with BLiss. It is all everyone says it is. The machine floats across the fabric. I was a little confused regarding pricing and need to confirm with APQS but maybe someone on the list can set me straight.

I thought I read on this forum that if you purchased a new machine, you could get bliss for $1500. If you were upgrading your used table, it would be $3000. Was I dreaming the $1500 price to upgrade to BLiss if you purchase a new machine?
