need ideas please

Here's a customer quilt. It's very large and really pretty. She wants the quilting to accent the four patches in the sashing corners....I think she means where the sashings intersect. We've only spoken about it over the phone so far.

I'm coming up with ideas to run by her, and welcome everyone's input.

Here's a close up. It lays flatter than it looks in the pictures. Not perfectly square or flat, but not bad.

The sashing and border look brown in the picture, but they're really green.

Does she mean to accentuate the square in the centre of the pieced blocks?

I've drawn a couple of ways of dividing it up to highlight this cross, My wrist won't let me paint as good as I quilt!!!

Thanks Lyn, I like your ideas. Especially the triangles with feathers. No, she actually means the corners of the sashings. I don't get it yet, she'll have to explain in person. I'm thinking she might have seen a picture of this one quilted and that caught her eye.
