machine problems?

Had IQ installed Saturday. Interface cable shipped was the wrong one. Received the correct on today. I installed it today. Turned machine on to set up the cable to the IQ and machine started running and I couldn't get it stopped. I disconnected the interface board and hooked the connectors back up like they were originally. Still have the same problem. Can adjust the speed with the manual speed pot but still can't turn it off. Still cycles with pot turned all the way to zero. I ohmed the start/stop switch on the handle and it showed to be good. The yellow and green indicator LEDs are not working. Mark is supposed to get back with me to see what we can come up with. I was able to run the machine without the interface cable, but I had to start and stop it manually. Oh Well, I will get it going sometime.
