Unfourtunately the thread is breaking when I get into multiple thinknessess along my borders. I've tried new needles in both 3.5 and 4.0. it doesn't make a difference. If I slow down in those areas it helps. But still get random thread breaks. I think my tensions are good. the stitches look good. My Polly threads are not breaking like the king tut. delld Posted January 8, 2012 Report Share Posted January 8, 2012 I always use a 4 needle with King Tut. I have problems sometime as well. What thread do you have on the bottom.
