Jess Posted December 12, 2006 Report Share Posted December 12, 2006 I have finally sort of caught up after being gone & with the Christmas season looming...But.....I wanted to say that I had a great time at Alex Anderson's retreat in November. It was so great to get away for a few days. It was also quite an experience to be on the other side of the teaching/retreat table. This is one of the few times that I've been in the student seat & the first time that I've been at a retreat where I wasn't the student or back to back-ing the retreat with teaching. It was great just to relax & be fed & sew & sit in the hot tub. Sue & I also did a day of site seeing the day before we flew home. We went to Muir Woods, saw the Golden Gate Bridge & went to Fisherman's Wharf, & rode the trolleys. We also visited with Cheryl Uribe - who was so great. She gave us all the site seeing info that we needed. Thank you soooo much Cheryl.
