sewingpup Posted March 24, 2013 Report Share Posted March 24, 2013 Hi, I have only embroidered on silk duponi and I can't recall what stabilizer I used....but...I think what stabilizer you would use would depend somewhat on the weight of the silk being used and the design...I assume that you are talking about machine embroidery? Jenny Haskins has many embroidery designs that she has done on silk and her website may give some info....I believe both Bernina and Viking wesites would have some info embroidery tips and also the manufacturers of stabilizers might have some suggestions....there are so many new stabilizers out there and I am working on using up my antique collection of them...sighhhh!
