jennamcn
Until now I've not needed any help. Trying to finish a quilt for Christmas and the needle up/down isn't working properly. It keeps stitching and doesn't stop. Tried pressing the button again, still the same. Any suggestions would be greatly welcomed.
barbm
Sounds like the #8 screw - what vintage is your machine? If it's pre-2008, you'll have to get into the top area to adjust it. If yours is newer than that, there's a place at the back of the machine to adjust it. I've included a word document that should help. Hope this does it! jennamcn
Bless you Barbara Mayfield!! Mine is a 2005 and one turn of the #8 screw did the trick. I thought sure I wouldn't be able to finish this quilt in time for Saturday when we go down South to see our youngest son and family. It's their Christmas present for their bed. Guess I need to spend a little more time on here. You made my day..... Thank you ever so much. Wish I was up in your neck of the woods again.
