Charlotte I see nothing wrong with your treatment of the UFO, since you were dictated by the customer's nick. I love it. It may be my OCD..... but if I turn my head to the side I can see diamonds. Since this is a directional quilt, would the curved crosshatching be more show worthy if the curves started from either side of the bottom of the area to be crosshatched.
