maggienoella
Oh boy, I did a small quilt, thought it was fine. Took it off the frame & found some tiny eyelashes but only on the right side on the back. The left side was perfect. I guess it's time for me to get a towa gauge. In the meantime, any idea what's wrong?
micajah
Try slowing down when you are sewing right from left. Slowing down a bit gives the needle and hook more time to properly make the stitch. Or use a larger needle to lessen the needle flexing that can occur with a small needle. These are the suggestions posted on another quilting list when a quilter there was having this problem.
