Thanks for the update, Shelly. Let me know when you can be back at the machine and I will help. I apologize that your email was not answered the first time around. We have lost one of our two service technicians and are feverishly trying to find a replacement. Please don't hesitate to call me. It is much easier to fix things when you can be at your machine. Unfortunately this weekend I am teaching classes in Houston, but can help any evening next week if you don't have work meetings scheduled.


We'll get to the bottom of things!
