bschutz
I am a beginner quilter and have a Bernina quilt frame with a Bernina 830. I have catches in the track, where the machine likes to settle in while I am trying to quilt. So now I have a "flaw" or it looks like a glitch in that area. I can feel it pull when I stitch. I've tried cleaning the track and wheels and have tried to feel for the indention but can't seem to find it. From researching I have found it might be from the machine sitting in the spot for a length of time. I have 4 kids so don't get to quilt as often as I would like and therefore it sits. Is there anyway to fix the catch? Its driving my crazy.
Quilta93
I thought my machine was catching on the rail somehow. Maybe threads or something, but nothing was there. Then I saw that part of one of my cabinets under my table was too close to the rails and my machine was rubbing on it when it got there when I was quilting. Deb.
