Anytime I write or phone in for help you are right there to help. I phoned in the other day to have Amy listen to my machine that was making a very strange noise. I did a search on this post and figured it may be the gear box..........I held the phone to the machine a ran it.......Amy confirmed that was my problem...I needed to pack grease in the gear box, she emailed me the info on how to do this.
