LPT Indexer error, queue

Help, please?? "LPT indexer error, queue"

This button keeps coming on. I cannot get my machine to move. I've tried using the jog button but all it does is show this pop-up message. I've also tried turning off my Millie and restarting it but it doesn't help.

Berny, have you checked the connections of all your cables to make sure none are loose? This may or may not be causing this problem. Let us know.

Later in the day I was able to get a hold of Jim. He suggested that I turned the compuquilter and the Millie off. It worked.
