jebm
I posted a question weeks ago about the needle up/down not stopping. Got a quick answer--instructions--and was afraid to loosen the top of the machine. Well, it finally got bad enough that I figured I had to do it. Of course with the great instructions (and pictures in the manual) it was a piece of cake--and I know now that it should have been slowed down from the beginning--as I could never get it to stop just when I wanted it to! Thanks!!! It feels like everything works better (my imagination I'm sure!)
gaildrake
Jane; just read your profile and contragulations on being able to retire a good 9 mos ago!!!!!!! What I wanted to say was that when I first got my Liberty my needle had the same problem but one call knowing how to fix it was what it took to get me going. APQS is always ready and willing to answer our questions. I am so glad I went with them. I'm in California !!!!! I don't think we ever have to hesitate tackling our machine when we have good people right there for us.
