when you sign in to the network there is an icon to click on that will open a page to deal with troubleshooting downloading problems.

When I joined the network a couple of months ago I had difficulty joining (due to being a Canadian) it was a Saturday morning when I sent my email within 10 minutes I had both an email and a telephone call from Neil. They are really great people to deal with I cannot say enough about their customer service. Neil spend a good 15 minutes talking me though the sign-up process on the computer while I was on the phone with him.

Good luck, if the icon for troubleshooting doesn't help just email and I guarantee you will get help. I am just a satisfied customer, I do not have any other association with the network.
