Hi Bonnie, I occasionally get a thread or two I need to snip with my Studio. But like Sharon I always find the dies work better with more layers. -

Hi Valerie, I agree with all the positive comments about the Studio Cutter. I bought the GO, and liked it but I upgraded to the studio and I love that. One little thing to note is that the Sizzix Big shot Pro the largest model will not take the largest of the Studio dies. Some of the Studio larger dies have a width of around 15". Which ever way you go I am sure you will love your choice. I still smile when I use my Take 5 die and cut 20 full blocks with two passes -
