6 hearts quilting
My millie keeps on with the needle up/down even after constantly adjusting the screw. This week my hubby has adjusted the screw #8 every day and when you think it is right it does it again sometimes up to 15 to 20 times before stopping. Can anyone help me with suggestions to try and sort the problem out please?!!!
BethDurand
Before you did the adjustment, did you let the machine warm up for some time? Keep us posted, I'm sure others will chime in soon.
Quilting Heidi
I had to turn my screw way down. Now it starts really slow but when it warms up it is perfect and doesn't stitch.
John Mitchell
Check your power line voltage regulation. The needle speed is sensitive to voltage changes. We use a Voltage Regulator on our Millie with the CQ. John
6 hearts quilting
The machine has been well warmed up and turning the screw way down only stops the machine all together. The voltage issue might be the one to look at though. Will try that but any more suggestions please let me know?!!!
