Grammie
Those doing borders with Compuquilter, do you install the zippers to all four side for turning of the quilt so you can do one path at a time?
Sue E.
Tammie, when I turn a quilt to do the borders, I take the zippers off the top and bottom and reattach them to the sides making the sides not top and bottom. I never put 4 zippers on.

Grammie
The more I think about it I understand. I will be doing the same as well. Most of my quilting has been edge to edge. I did do a basic border last night but when I am going to stitch in the ditch will I do it before I stitch the block design or after. Do any of you do your SID for the whole quilt and then begin again at the beginning working blocks and borders. Which is the best way to keep from having possible puckers?
