shoulders ache

Recommended Posts

Yes, I love my Millie. I was considering another brand, but have decided to continue on because I love the APQS products. I do use Biofreeze, and yes, it is a good product. I need to get some of the microwave products, although when going to therapy they use ice and leave it for 20 minutes. I can't stand that ice on my elbo, just about sends me into orbit, just makes it ache way, way too much - torture. I'll remember not to apply the heat after Biofreeze, thanks for the tip.

I sit while I quilt and I think that helps a lot with getting my body ergonomically correct. I also move my handles frequently, sometimes up, sometimes down, just whatever feels good. The handles are what I love about my Milli. I can move them in many diretions where as the stationary type that point up only have 1 postion. My old machine had that and I'm glad to have the varience now.
