francine
Hello everyone! First THANK YOU FOR ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS!! You have all been so kind and helpful. This forum is one of the main reasons i chose the millie. Now more questions:). I purchased the quilt glide but there is absolutely nothing indicating it is on the machine and no directions for it (that i can find) Also, there is no truss strap on the 14 ft table this seems to make the table vibrate. Should i wait to get a strap? She sure is pretty!
dtreusch
You should have a knob on the front of the machine right above the handles. Turn the knob until it clicks and that will turn on Quilt Glide. How far you turn the knob will determine how slow you need to be quilting before Quilt Glide kicks in and takes over. Turning it all the way to the right will cause Quilt Glide to kick faster. All the way to the left is the slowest. You'll need to play around with it and find the setting that suits you best. I only have a 12 ft table, so I can't offer any help with the truss strap. Hope this helps!!
francine
Thank you sooo much. I spoke with someone from APQS yesterday and they told me a toggle switch and dial to set #. They are sending me the strap. I am looking forward to trying it out.Do you like yours?
