It explains how big the half circles need to be for the width of the border. It is available from www.thegadgetgirls.com or www.thecalicokitten.com. I have made myself up cardboard templates from these sizes and can then quickly chalk up the spines for my freehand feathers. The Template circles Size chart for feathered wreaths is also very handy.
