Martelli cutters

Count me too as a dissatisfied customer. I had bought a 45 mm ergonomic rotary cutter several years ago. After just a few cuts, the (cheap) spring became so loose it kept falling off. After several calls to Martelli, I was told to send it back to Martelli (at my cost + $5 to return it to me) OR I could have the company send me a DVD (how to attach spring) & a new spring at no cost.

I did receive the DVD but I never repaired the cutter. I just vowed never, ever to buy anything from that company again.
