mrsbishwit Posted January 8, 2010 Report Share Posted January 8, 2010 I need to buy the 320 grit embroidery cloth and the Mitchell's#56 Emory cord and tape that the maitenance dvd talks about. Is this available at Home Depot or do I have to order it from somewhere? I am having alot of top thread shredding/ thread breakage. I changed my needle, cleaned my machine and still problems. DH & I think there is a burr somewhere either on the needle plate or the hook from when I had the bad needle breakage/timming issue back in Dec. Bonnie Posted January 8, 2010 Report Share Posted January 8, 2010 I have gotten the emory cloth/paper at Home Depot, Lowes and Ace Hardware In the Hardware department. Have never used the cord so don't know for sure but you should be able to find that rather easily as well.
