quiltmonkey
Spinach Salad 10 oz Bag of spinach 6 slices Bacon, fried and chopped or cut into bite size pieces (I use kitchen scissors... much quicker and easier) 1 cup Almond slivers, lightly toasted 1 ea Granny Smith apple, sliced thin and chopped 6 oz Bag of Craisins (dried cranberries) Salad Dressing ¼ cup Sugar 1/3 cup Vegetable oil ¼ tsp Salt 1 TBSP Red onion, minced 3 TBSP Cider vinegar Combine salad dressing in a container with lid, shake well. Pour over top of salad, toss well and serve. .

quiltmonkey
It is yummy indeed! Another way I make the salad (quickie) is use the bag of spinach, slice up some fresh strawberries, add blush-wine vinaigrette and fresh grated parmesan cheese and toss. Yummy, and so good! The sweet of the strawberries and blush-wine vinaigrette complements the tangy parmesan.
