Susanne.Hughes
Hi to our Techies, We have a "clicking" noise/sound problem after re-timing our machines. The problem is described under the following thread: http://www.apqs.com/quiltboard/viewthread.php?tid=20772 What did we do Wrong? How do we fix it? Thanks in advance,
ffq-lar
Push the needle a micro-tiny bit away from the hook. And you thought you were done timing?! It's said that the hook should kiss the needle scarf. Maybe it's giving a big smooch. In classes and also on-line I have been advised that minor clicking is not necessarily a bad thing--how are your stitches?
Susanne.Hughes
The stitches are great! I'l try as you suggested Linda, and tweek the needle a bit first! Timing is not that difficult, but the Lazy in me wants to try really easy things first! I don't want the machine "killed" with Love either - only buttefly kisses are allowed -no big smoochies to occur between working parts on my machine, thank you very much!!
