ellsan
Which is better, to but a machine through a local dealer, or go factory direct. Does each dealer get a commission at point of sale? If I deal through the factory, can I specify that I want my local dealer to get part of the commission.
Katydids
Hi ellsan, as a rep, I will answer your question. Yes, we are commissioned reps. Whether you go direct or through a rep, the pricing is the same. We do not undercut or have different pricing, it is what it is. There is no benefit in pricing to going direct. All machines come out of the factory, and you are not buying a dealers demo model. If you have worked with a rep, then it would benefit the rep, in a commission, for you to order through them. hope this helps.
JoAnnHoffman
Since your local rep will be giving you your beginner lesson and will take all of your calls and emails, I think it would be nice to give her a call for the sale. All pricing is the same no matter who you deal with. The rep will only get the commission if he or she writes up the sale.
