DebLou
I have a customer quilt that is a double pinwheel 9 patch block with sashing between the blocks. How would you quilt this? Preferably non-custom
Corey
Use any pantograph, I quilted a couple of these quilts (pattern be Eleanor Burns), I used meandering daisies and another the angels wings that looks like butterflies. Corey
DebLou
Thanks Corey. I wondered if I should use something with motion for the pinwheels. I also thought about custom but wasn't sure what to do with that either. Any suggestions in that direction would be appreciated also. Thanks. DebLou
Thanks Heidi & Linda. I had thought about Whirlpool. No, Linda, you haven't seen my freehand swirls. Not pretty.
Sandra Darlington
I would think any pantograph with curves would be nice, as long as the design is appropriate for the gender of the recipient. Eg., maybe some daiseys would not be good for a male. I recently used Water World on 2 male quilts. It looked great.
