ffq-lar
Hi Joy--yay, it finally arrived!! I also had an issue with the vertical lock. The solution was Dawn sent me a new carriage axle. It seemed like the peg would engage correctly, but there wasn't enough friction with the M&M wheels to lock it up. I use the locks all the time for lining up the piecing on the frame, and also for border stitching piano keys, etc. Other than that issue (I would hope a replacement axle could be speedier getting to you--it was in a small box) how do you like the Bliss? I was still able to carefully use the locks--just for lining up, and the replacement worked great. Congrats on finally getting your new system! DawnCavanaugh
Joy, I have already authorized a new rear axle to be sent to you. So sorry that yours has malfunctioned. I sent you an email as well to let you know that it is on its way:)!
