I have worked with this same machine for almost 7 years now. When it works - it works WELL - when it doesn't it is as frustrating as some of you know. Some of you who have not experienced the daily frustration and the lack of help do not understand how you just want to go sit in a corner and cry - over the money you spent - over the lack of knowledge that you can't get the machine to work - to not knowing why there is no one to help you. I have mastered the breaking of needles, fraying of thread, and skipping stitches. Anyone needing help with these problems can email me at sajackson@wk.net I will be more than happy to make up a tutorial (maybe even with pictures) next week.
