Pam C
I would like to know how to adjust the needle so that it will stop all the way up? I have to use the hand wheel alot. Sometimes I have to baste using the one stitch, because the needle comes up but is not all the way up. It will drag on the fabric. connie hurst
Hi Pam, What machine do you have? You may need to take the left side plate off. (from the front) and make sure there is no thread wrapped up in the hand wheel, normally if it starts to do that, and has never done it before, there is thread in there and it is dragging the motor down, which will make the needle stop or drag! You can call me and we can walk through some things on the phone. Good Luck Connie Hurst APQS Service Mgr/Tech. 800-426-7233 ext.
