gccarte Posted September 20, 2011 Report Share Posted September 20, 2011 The rubber gasket on my bobbin winder broke last week and I emailed customer service to find out the part name I needed to order. They sent me an email back asking a question to gather a little more information. So I'm waiting to hear back about the part and low and behold, I get an envelope in the mail with the parts inside.
